Steps:
- Access the MTS Portal: Distributors can access our dedicated portal for spare parts inquiries.
- Create a New Ticket: Inside the portal, navigate to the "Submit a Ticket" button and choose spare parts inquiry as type of request.
- Submit Your Request: In the ticket, provide the details of your spare parts inquiry.
